My name is Melanie and I am from Alabama. All my items are created in my clean, smoke and pet free home studio by me. I take great care to attention and detail. Everything is made on a small scale. I do not hire anyone to help me...therefore you are getting a real custom handmade item from the deep, deep south.

SHIPPING

I ship using USPS standard mail except to all other countries. Those will be shipped by priority mail. Shipping is calculated during checkout and before payment feature. If you have any questions, email me at mel.tray@gmail.com

Unless stated otherwise, my items are made to order. Please see the home page annoucnement for current turnaround times. RETURNS

I do not accept refunds on custom orders, such as you picking out your own fabrics, memory items and things of that nature.

If you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from me that is not a custom item, please contact me within 10 days of receipt of item for a refund or exchange. I do not refund shipping costs going to or from. I will refund the purchase price or exchange the item as soon as I have the item returned and in its original state.
